政府類話題思路參考
①政府推行的政策（policies）會影響到行業的發展（development of careers）。
如果政府增加對某項社會問題，如教育問題（education）、醫療問題（health care）、交通問題（transport）的財政投入（financial support），相應地，該領域的工資待遇就會提高，而為了追求更高的收入，大量的人才（talented people）就會向這些行業聚集（gather in thesecareers），促進其發展（promote the industry）.
②政府推行的政策會影響到公眾對某些事件的態度（publicattitudes towards an affair）。
為推行政策，政府經常會通過大力的宣傳（advocate）和教育，營造出一種洗腦式的（brain-washing）媒體環境（media environment）置身其中，人們難免會受到其影響，接受一些他們平常的所見所聞，改變或強化他們對某些事件的看法。
